Christine has had over 12 years experience in human resources and business consultancy roles with several big corporates. All roles, some of which include: an Executive Search Consultant, a Principal Business Consultant and a Manager of over 200 employees, have given her the necessary skills and expertise to observe and fully understand what it is that gets someone the job. She has been involved in direct recruitment and performance management of staff. She has seen and interviewed people who make major mistakes in an interview which has lost them the job to someone else. While she could not help them then because she was on the other side of the desk, she can help them now by coaching them and giving them the necessary knowledge and skills to finally define and implement a successful interview strategy that gets them the job!
Her formal qualifications from The University of Melbourne have also helped - a bachelor degree in Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. But, it is really her passion to make a difference in people's lives which makes her good at what she does and helps those that come to her succeed.
